Food Allergy Statement

Camp Celiac provides a gluten-free menu for the week. Those attendees that need to adhere to a lactose free diet must notify Camp Celiac at the time of registration. In 2007, Camp Celiac had over 25 other food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances to research at each meal in addition to ensuring our campers a gluten-free week. Due to this overwhelming need to review dietary ingredients, Camp Celiac will no longer be able to accommodate any other dietary intolerances, allergies and sensitivities. We regret the inconvenience that this poses to our past and present attendees and appreciate your understanding of our policy.
